First step is filling the complain/answer through the office clerk of court, then Pre - trial referial from court. next is breafing, selection of mediator and scheduling.
If mediation proper is settled the compromise agreemeent with the lawyer and approval by the judge, of course the implementation of agreement or mediation proper is not settled mediator will back to court.
if back to court is settled the lawyers will compromise the agreement or not settled the trial judge will proceeds to trial.
